Personal Care
We would not be who we are without the daily grind we put into our days. Sometimes those days are long and put us in a position were we neglect ourselves. When you're thinking about a healthy version of who you are and who you want to become you must allow personal care to become a strategy you incorporate into your life. Personal care doesn't just include the size of the scale, but it also includes your skincare regime, the amount of sleep you're getting, and physical activity within your day. So, take those needed vacation, massages, timeless walks, and enjoy the things that bring you serenity.

Exercise
Exercise must be an intentional physical activity to enhance or maintain good health and overall fitness. When you apply physical activity to your lifestyle you want to develop your endurance, strength, balance, and flexibility. Exercise must become part of your personal care routine. Remember to develop a fitness regime you enjoy, so you will maintain that physical activity. Try yoga, walking, running, strength training, and Zumba. Find out what you enjoy and then keep doing that.

Nutrition
Now, nutrition begins with you changing your mindset about the foods you put into your body as fuel. It is a mental lifestyle change you must make to maintain a healthy life. You must eat well and take vitamins to ensure your body is optimized at the highest levels to create the level of fitness you desire. Without the proper fuel for energy, you feed your body it will take you longer to get to your desire results. Therefore, getting a balance meal every day is critical for your overall nutrition and workout performance plan.

Water
Drinking water is a great way to stay hydrated. Dehydration can lead to a decrease in physical activity performance and affect our health. We should drink about 9 to 13 cups of water a per day according to The National Academy of Medicine. The benefit of water helps in aiding digestion, body detoxification, weight loss, muscle function, and radiant skin. So, remember as you focus on your health and fitness incorporate water on a continuous basis over caffeine or sugary drinks.
